Societal pressures can make men feel uncomfortable about obtaining counselling services. But the reality is that counselling is for anyone and can benefit everyone. Men are human too, and face many challenges in their life. At Nova Rain, we provide men (including gender identifying men) with a safe space to explore other parts of themselves, parts they might not be able to show of themselves in regular everyday life. If you are a man struggling and feeling stuck in your life, you are not alone, trust us. We are here to be a safe, non-judgemental space, help you to work though your own traumatic experiences, unhook from sticky unhelpful thoughts and feelings, and take action in the areas of your life that you desire.
