Learn more about where Erin’s story began
Erin comes from an HR background within the environmental non-profit sector, where she supported teams, managed organizational change, and helped people navigate professional and personal challenges. Her own transformational experiences with counselling inspired her to work more directly with individuals, supporting them in building insight, resilience, and self-understanding.
When she’s not in the therapy room, Erin is usually exploring new hobbies, diving into a good book, spending quality time with friends and family, or travelling whenever she can. She loves activities that keep her engaged and learning – whether it’s trying a new workout, experimenting in the kitchen, or tackling a creative project – and brings the same curiosity, energy, and thoughtfulness into her work with clients.
