Annie is a first-generation Taiwanese Canadian who grew up between Taipei, Los Angeles, and Vancouver. Before becoming a counsellor, she spent over a decade in the corporate world. Her personal experiences during early parenthood sparked a healing journey that led her to this work—supporting others with care, curiosity, and belief in their capacity for growth.
Outside of therapy, she’s a parent and a cat mom. Annie reconnects with herself through pottery, movement, travel, and a wide range of hobbies. She welcomes learning and change, both in her personal life and her work.
