Tarra, the founder of Nova Rain Therapy, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Counselling from Adler University. She specializes in offering a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to navigate difficult emotions and align their actions with their values. She is passionate about travel, nature, and the joy of laughter.
