Exploring your identity can be deeply personal and, at times, complex. Whether you are questioning, coming to understand your sexuality or gender, or navigating how to live more fully as yourself, this process can bring up uncertainty, vulnerability, and a desire to feel truly seen. Many people come to therapy to explore their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression in a space that feels safe and affirming. Others may be navigating the experience of coming out, managing relationships with family, partners, or communities, or working through feelings of internalized shame, fear, or self-doubt that can develop in environments where identity has not always been understood or accepted. Some individuals may also struggle with feeling unseen, unsupported, or misunderstood in different parts of their lives. Therapy offers a space where you can show up as you are, without needing to explain or justify your experience. Together, we explore your identity, experiences, and the challenges you may be facing while building confidence, self-acceptance, and a stronger connection to who you are and how you want to move through the world.

A black and white image of a couple sitting closely together on a gray couch focused on a laptop screen. The woman, with long dark hair, is wearing a cozy green cardigan over a beige top and is pointing at the screen. The man, with a beard and his hair tied in a bun, is wearing a dark green cable-knit sweater and bracelets on his wrist. The room is softly lit, with a floor lamp and decorative pillows adding warmth to the space.
