I started Nova Rain because i believe that traditional therapy in outdated and needed to evolve. I want our clients to heal and grow through motivation and action. I also wanted to make our services more attanable to everyone in BC which is why we are now online and from the comfrot of your own home.

We are Nova Rain Therapy, a group of therapists and counsellors who would love to work with you.
Our approach to online therapy begins with the recognition that we are all human, and as part of being human, pain, uncertainty, and struggle is inevitable. Sometimes, this affects our present-day experiences in a non-optimal way. This is where we come in. At Nova Rain, we aim to help you reconnect to yourself and approach all parts of who you are (even the icky feeling ones) with compassion and curiosity. At Nova Rain, we do not believe you need to be “cured.” We start from a place of being complete and aim to create a safe, trusting, and nonjudgemental space for you to explore all that makes you human.
Nova Rain was created to provide you with the tools and empowerment you need come back to yourself, and to process, unhook, and incorporate the pain of human-ness in order to move your life in the direction you want.
