Experiencing violence or crime can leave lasting emotional, physical, and psychological effects that can feel difficult to make sense of or move through alone. I offer a safe, trauma-informed space to support individuals who have experienced assault, abuse, or other forms of violence, where we work at your pace to process what has happened and how it continues to impact you. Together, we focus on restoring a sense of safety in your body, understanding trauma responses, and gently rebuilding trust in yourself, others, and your environment. This work supports you in reducing overwhelm, navigating triggers, and developing grounding tools so you can move toward healing with greater stability and control.

A black and white image of a couple sitting closely together on a gray couch focused on a laptop screen. The woman, with long dark hair, is wearing a cozy green cardigan over a beige top and is pointing at the screen. The man, with a beard and his hair tied in a bun, is wearing a dark green cable-knit sweater and bracelets on his wrist. The room is softly lit, with a floor lamp and decorative pillows adding warmth to the space.
